Existen diferentes formas de hablar de probabilidad, especialmente con verbos modales, sin embargo, tenemos estas dos palabras que te pueden servir para expresarlo.
Likely
Significa “probable, capaz o apropiado” y como adjetivo, va antes de un sustantivo:

They are likely students from the college.
This is likely the best book I’ve read.
También es común usarlo antes de un verbo infinitivo para describir que hay mucha probabilidad de que una acción ocurra, en ese caso se sigue la siguiente estructura:

I am likely to start classes online.
My brother was likely to work abroad.
Una segunda estructura en la que se usa likely es con that + future with will, aunque esta no es tan común:

Negative Form
Podemos usar likely en forma negativa con su antónimo unlikely o con la forma not likely.

🔎Considerations
Además del verbo be se pueden utilizar los verbos seem o appear.
Cuando likely se usa como adverbio va precedido de otro calificador como very, quite, highly y extremely y se ubicará antes del verbo principal. En este caso se traduce como “probablemente”.

Her life will quite likely be harder in college.
You highly likely accept to work in the morning and to study in the afternoon.
Probably
Por su parte, probably es un adverbio que significa “probablemente” y no necesita de un calificador como likely para usarse como adverbio. Éste irá antes del verbo principal calificando o describiendo la acción.

My brother probably arrived this morning.
🔎Considerations
En algunos casos probably puede ser sustituido por los might o could que también se usan para indicar probabilidad.
A veces puede haber duda de cuando usar likely y probably, solo hay que recordar que el uso principal de likely es de adjetivo y si se llegara a usar como adverbio deberá llevar otro calificador antes. En cambio probably nunca se usa como adjetivo y no necesita un calificador.
